Just yesterday new version of WPLSoft v2.31 has been released on Delta website.
If you want to check the improvements, don´t hesitate to download the following Technical Announcement.

Hi Raymond, for ISPSoft, in this moment I can only have tutorial for COMMGR (https://deltautomation.wordpress.com/2012/08/09/announcement-ispsoft-2-00-and-commgr-1-0-tutorial/).
But really soon I’ll put some video tutorials to help to start with it.
Regarding your question R&D people are aware of this bug, and they promise me to fix it as soon as possible.

I am using the WPL V2.31. I want to know if I can change the PLC type when using simulation mode because I wrote a program for an SX PLC and when I try to simulate it, it says “the selected model and the simulator model do not match”. When I continue using the simulator I can’t see a bit being switched on when I force set it ON.

I´ll figure out what´s happening
For the moment I should recommend to change the CPU for offline simulation, or use ISPSoft.

I am not that conversant with ISPSoft. Where can I find a tutorial of how to use it.
