Ethernet is here.
Few days ago we intrduce DVS (Ethernet Unmanaged Switches), and today we present new CPU with Ethernet Embedded.
With SA2 core but with Ethernet port embedded, this new CPU have
two RS485 ports, and of course compatibility with all S series expansion modules (Right and Left side).
A part from the remote and high speed features from Ethernet, this device have a USB port embedded retiring the old Serial communication from the front of the CPU.
You will find further information in the updated brochure and specification Sheet available on our website
By the way, don´t forget to install the DVPSE USB Driver before start to play with USB port.

I have a problem when connect DVP12SE to HMI ethernet port Samkoon
DVP_SE address: 192.168.1.2
Samkoon: 192.168.1.2
port number: 8000
The result is”get timeout error 0x41″
How identify portnumber on PLC DVP12se

Hello,
I have this CPU and i would like to use the ethernet port, but do I have to initialize the port with ISPSOFT like we do with the RS-485 port, or setting communication with COMMGR is enough ?

You should use DCISoft to do that.

I use DCISoft and “communication settings” with ISPSoft , but when I test the communication with “System Information”, I’ve got the error “communication times-out error”. It’s seems like the PLC receive but don’t transmet data.
Is there another thing to do ?

I am working on a project in which I need to communicate 15 PLCs with one master PLC through Ethernet.
will you please help me in this regard? How I can connect all 15 PLCs and how I can transmit data from 15 PLCs to master PLC?
