A few month ago our R&D people develop a new useful feature for DOP-B HMI.
Is the possibility to update the firmware of the HMI without any PC (only USB disk!).
The procedure is quite simple, take a look to the next video.
This feature is only available for DOP-B and firmware versions up to v2.00.20

All you have to do is remove 24V supply, open back cover and remove CR2032 battery. Put 24V back, download DOPSoft from their website, connect usb cable and do firmware upgrade. Boooommm. Your HMI will back to life.

Hi, I am using, DOP-B07S411 HMI, it is not communicate with pc through USB, and HMI open as a storage device while connecting to PC through USB.

Delat HMI DOP-B05S111 Giving message ” Exception detected – would you start HMI ? Yes or NO” by select any options there is no response.Even back side Re-set press buttons is not giving response and not able to get startup screen. Tried to update firmware from PC but at 94% it stooped and seems corrupted. Now even USB is not connecting and showing only Delta screen without any touch actions. No connection with HMI not able to resolve the issue. Earlier it was working OK. Please suggest ASAP

Error message.
I actually did the updating process using the latest versions of “DOP-B”, “USB DIsconnect”
with the progress at 99% on DOP-B.
I also tried to update the firmware using the File manager in the screen’s settings but as soon as I get to the section the pointer just stick on the “Formatting” option , it doesn’t go left or right.
i used the last version if siftware
what can i do for sold it and fix the problem

I have Delta Hmi’s DOP-B03S211 and DOP-B03E211and DOPSOFT 1.01.04 software witch I downloaded it from Delta site to match Win 10 PC and was the only DOP_B software version Hmi for using there .Firmware mention inside the Hmi is 3.0070 .But when I try to download a file program , I use to get a message “Rom Type Is Not Match”.
What dose it mean and what should I’ll do ??

Recently a got a HMIVU07CUNBE-2 hmi, but after a power-up cycle, the HMI show the next window:
Firmware had broken!!
Please update firmware now!!
Then a reset the system with the button on back, go to MISC. option and show the next:
System setting.
Touch cursor: ON
Screen saver time (min): 0
Power saver time (min): 0
Power saver rate (%): 50
Boot delay time(sec): 0
Default language: (id):1
Boot display: ON
That all.
In another HMI , same part number appear another option:
USBCommMode:1
And in order to the manual, I can upgrade the firmware with this option, and if I open the option of FILE MANAGER the HMI just show the next options:
FORMATTING COPY FILE MULTI SCREEN FILE
and FORMATTING is the only option that I can select
How can I fix this?

I have DOP-AS38BSTD model and using Screen Editor 1.05.86 Software. When I try to download or up load the file into HMI by using my laptop it always turn to failed to connect usb. I use USB printer data cable, What should I do to fix this issue?

Hi, i have a DOP-B10S411 HMI and i can’t connect the HMI to my PC. Im using Windows 7. The firmware version of the HMI is 3.0039. I get an error message when connecting the usb, it says “failed to enable usb port”. Windows tells me the HMI is an unknown device. How do I fix this? Please reply ASAP – I’m on a deadline and tried everything. Thank you.

with the progress of 98% on Screensoft
and
“Filter out this version image” with the progress of 99% on DOP-B.

Typical situation:
Old machine, that needs some new improvements on HMI software. The programmer made the improvements and send it to the people on the factory.
The man on the factory try to download the program trough USB, and the software version doesn’t match….
It happens more than you think, I can assure you…
