
The errors are thrown by the CodeMeter runtime. The most common causes are Antivirus blocking the CodeMeter Runtime instance, outdated CodeMeter version, or issues with the path for the license. As of version 2.4 of DIAInstaller, we have added an FAQ document which describes what steps to take to mitigate the common issues.
The FAQ can be found on bottom left corner of DIAInstaller 2.4 and above.
