Please make sure the emergency stop button is released or the controller I/O module for E-STOP is properly bridged (see picture below):

Please make sure the teach pendant e-stop (boxed) is released

The below connector should be bridged. Control unit released from the factory has default bridge connector. If an external E-Stop is connector, please check the connection.
