When copying old parameter list to a VFD with a newer firmware, the best approach is to download all parameters; list down the values that are changing – not default and match the parameters and the values one by one with the new VFD. With firmware changes, especially major ones, parameter structures may have changed. It is not recommended to use old parameter list with a newer firmware.
