The drive’s integrated PLC has a reduced amount of data formats compared to standard PLCs.

It also has a special set of APIs, which exclude some convenient functionalities found in standard PLCs. This document shows workarounds and helps successfully programming floating-point calculations while avoiding pitfalls. Be aware that this document addresses qualified persons, and it cannot replace extensive technical education and training.
